Our client is the market leader in their industry and specialises in the sales and distribution of a wide range of engineered systems, working directly with civil contractor, local and state government authorities across New South Wales. They are a dynamic company, experiencing incredible growth and are now looking for a Sales Representative to assist them with their continued growth and expansion.
 
As a Sales Representative, you are experienced in managing an existing customer base of local and state governments departments, utilities and customers within the civil contracting segment whilst being accomplished at sourcing, qualifying and securing a substantial number of new business opportunities. More specifically you will:
  • Have an solid understanding of the government, utilities and civil contracting segments
  • Be efficient at reading and understanding tenders and completing complicated quotations
  • Have a depth of technical knowledge in the pipeline industry
  • Have a demonstrated track record in meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Be able to write and manage territory activity plans
  • Have a strong history in developing sustainable customer relationships
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take full accountability of the selling function. Of course, you will be a lateral thinker with excellent communication skills, be goal orientated and a master at managing your time. You have attention to detail, are highly energetic with a passion to deliver superior customer service.
